<p class="Style20" align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><em><strong>Le passavant est un titre qui permet la circulation des marchandises dans le territoire douanier, en vue de leur dédouanement au bureau des douanes compétent.</strong></em></span><br /><br />Il est notamment délivré pour la circulation des véhicules automobiles qui arrivent dans le territoire sénégalais, en provenance de l'étranger, pour une période de dix (10) jours. Il peut être prorogé deux fois (au maximum), chaque prorogation étant accordée pour une durée de quinze (15) jours. A l'expiration de la deuxième prorogation, le véhicule doit être ré-exporté ou faire l'objet d'une déclaration en détail.<br /><br />Cette facilité est cependant subordonnée à des conditions précises qu'il convient de respecter scrupuleusement. C'est ainsi que, par exemple, les véhicules sous passavant ne peuvent être vendus sur le territoire national qu'après avoir été dédouanés.</span></p>\r\n

<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: x-large;"><span class="Style14"><span class="Style37"><strong> Ayants-droit au passavant de circulation de véhicules automobiles au Sénégal:</strong></span></span></span><span class="Style14"><br /><br /></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>Les passavants de circulation ne peuvent être délivrés qu’aux personnes exclusivement désignées ci-après :</em></strong></span><br /><br />- les touristes non munis d’un carnet de passage en douane (CPD) ;<br /><br />- les diplomates et les membres des missions diplomatiques et consulaires,<br /><br />- les membres des organisations liées au Sénégal par une Convention d’établissement,<br /><br />- les ressortissants des pays membres de la CEDEAO non-résidents au Sénégal.</span></p>\r\n
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><br /><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span class="Style37" style="font-size: x-large;"><strong>Les touristes :</strong></span></span><span class="Style31"><br /><br /><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>Les passavants sont délivrés aux touristes non munis d’un carnet de passage en douane (CPD), sur présentation :</em></strong></span><br /><br />- d’un passeport en cours de validité,<br /><br />- de la carte d’immatriculation (carte grise) du véhicule.<br /><br />Tous ces éléments d’identification doivent être portés avec précision sur le passavant.</span></span></p>\r\n
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><span class="Style31"><br /></span><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: x-large;"><strong><span class="Style37">Les diplomates et assimilés :</span></strong></span><br /><br /><span class="Style31"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>L’octroi des passavants est subordonné à la présentation des documents suivants :</em></strong></span><br /><br />- un passeport en cours de validité,- la décision d’affectation à la mission diplomatique, consulaire ou à l’organisation internationale,<br /><br />- un ordre de mission en cas de nécessité,- la carte d’immatriculation (carte grise) du véhicule.</span></span></p>\r\n
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><span class="Style31"><br /><br /></span><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: x-large;"><strong><span class="Style37">Les ressortissants CEDEAO non résidents :</span></strong></span><br /><br /><span class="Style31"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong class="Style20"><em>Véhicules de transport de marchandises :</em></strong></span><br /><br />Dans le cadre de la convention du Transit Inter – Etat (TRIE) de la CEDEAO, les véhicules routiers servant au transport des marchandises d’un pays membre à un autre doivent :<br /><br />- être agréés au régime,<br /><br />- porter la plaque minéralogique TRIE.<br /><br />En outre, le transporteur doit détenir un carnet TRIE. Toutes ces conditions remplies permettent la libre circulation des véhicules dans l’espace communautaire.<br /><br /></span><span class="Style37">A défaut, un passavant peut être délivré sur la base :</span><br /><br /><span class="Style31">- d’une pièce d’identification (carte d’identité, passeport, permis de conduire),<br /><br />- de la carte d’immatriculation (carte grise) du véhicule.<br /><br />Dans ce cas, si les véhicules sont chargés de marchandises, celles-ci doivent faire l’objet :<br /><br />- d’un dénombrement précis des colis,<br /><br />- d’une description détaillée du contenu.</span></span></p>\r\n
<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: large; font-family: georgia, palatino;"><span class="Style31"><br /><br /><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>En vue d’un dédouanement correct :</strong></span><br /><br />- au poste frontalier</span>,</span></p>\r\n
